Technical IT Specialist

Job Summary: To expand our team, we are looking for a qualified and experienced Technical Specialist. The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing the technical elements of our websites, distribution management system (DMS), e-commerce sites, and platforms.
Accountabilities:
In order to ensure the best possible functionality and user experience, lead and oversee the development and maintenance of our distributor management system, website, and platform.
To satisfy business needs, integrate and customize e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Magento.
Work together to gather requirements with cross-functional teams made up of developers, designers, and stakeholders.
In charge of managing content, installing plugins, customizing themes, and integrating APIs for websites and platforms
Take care of improving the performance of the website and platform, including caching, database query optimization, and page load speed.
Give the development team technical direction to guarantee high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
In order to guarantee the stability and dependability of the systems, conduct routine code reviews to find and fix any problems or flaws.
Keep abreast of emerging market trends and technological advancements, and suggest creative ways to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Track system performance, locate bottlenecks, and make the required adjustments to improve scalability and efficiency.
Make sure that best practices for platform and web security are followed, such as VAPT testing, user authentication, and data encryption both at rest and in action.
Investigate and fix any malfunctions or technical problems with the system to minimize downtime and maximize availability.
Hold frequent stand-ups and monitor the status of each team member's ticket.
Conditions:
a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline. Having a master's degree helps.
a track record of success in a Tech Lead or related position, particularly in website and distributor management system administration.
strong command of programming languages like.net and Java.
deep understanding of web development frameworks and technologies, such as asp.net, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design concepts.
familiarity with database management platforms, including Drupal, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Having CMS platform experience will be beneficial.
Capable of writing intricate stored procedures, views, queries, etc.
demonstrated expertise in improving Web APIs and SQL queries
Possess experience doing code reviews and establishing standards for code authoring.
knowledge with containerization technologies like Docker and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
strong knowledge of best practices and approaches for software development, such as Agile and DevOps.
outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to recognize and address challenging technical problems.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to work well with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
