Senior Data Readiness Analyst - H2R - Erlanger, KY

This is an exempt-level position.

Position Summary: Realizing that high-quality data leads to successful business outcomes, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has started a digital transformation. To assist us in moving our Data Readiness journey to the next level, we are looking for a committed professional. The ideal applicant will impact process changes and resource engagement in addition to taking part in the execution of our current Data Readiness and Quality playbooks.
You will stand out if you have a solid understanding of the functionality and data structure of SAP Success Factors as well as other HCM, learning management, and work force management systems and have the ability to spark cross-functional conversations.

Job Responsibilities: Be a vital collaborator with Solution Delivery and Data Readiness team members to verify data design and execution satisfy business needs.
Take a leading role in verifying the Solution Design and comprehend the Functional Design of the data conversion objects for every iteration of the application.

To ensure that data is validated and "fit for purpose," actively involve business data validators/approvers, systems analysts, data ready functional analysts, and other relevant work stream roles.
Present data conversion solutions to business team members with complete assurance.
Make a precise and comprehensive data mapping between the target systems and pertinent sources.

Determine the localized business rules that will be used to analyze and evaluate the quality of the data as it is now.
Conduct a review of data sources based on the results of data profiling, and change the rules as necessary.
Determine, keep an eye on, and collaborate with business users to maintain data quality in source systems and to proactively and continuously clean data to support project timeframes.

In situations where source systems do not provide all the data needed for Data Construction, take the lead in gathering the necessary data to enable load into target systems.
Enable and carry out data extraction, transformation, and loading validation into source systems to guarantee accurate data mapping and adherence to business rules.
Obtain and document the necessary clearances for verified data loads.
Enable run-to-resolution by efficiently recording and documenting errors related to data migration and quality.
For pertinent data conversion objects, accurately record all requirements for fulfilling Risks and Controls/SOX compliance.

Engage in team-building activities and internal team training as often as possible.
Lead, guide, and assist data readiness analysts in meeting standards and developing their skills in an efficient manner.

Job Requirements
  
4-year bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, information technology, or a similar field of study
three or more years of experience working as a business analyst or data analyst
three or more years of experience converting data

three or more years of expertise with H2R system implementation, support, payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and/or learning management systems.
Two or more years of SAP Success Factors experience is advantageous.
One to two years of SAP S4 Hana experience is advantageous.
prior experience in jobs related to data quality, data readiness, or data governance
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to establish rapport with both internal and external business partners
outstanding facilitation abilities, both inside and outside of departments

strong process leadership, time management, organizing, and analytical abilities
Uphold a positive workplace culture by resolving conflicts and working together.
Expected to work various shifts, overtime, holidays, and occasionally on the weekends in order to fulfill deadlines
Ability and willingness to travel by air and vehicle as necessary to accomplish business goals
Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues worldwide by phone, email, web conferencing, or in-person
adept with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Teams and Excel
