a person with a solid foundation in branding, ideally acquired by prior work at a branding agency, design house, or studio.
You will be our brand custodian at PhonePe as a Lead Brand Designer. Your skill set should include brand design and storytelling, which includes developing and upholding brand guidelines, coming up with creative ideas, producing powerful visuals, formulating and implementing brand strategies, creating visual identities (logos, typography, color palettes, composition, accessibility, inclusivity), and making sure that the brand is consistently represented across a range of platforms. You should possess outstanding design abilities, a good sense of aesthetics, and a thorough comprehension of brand positioning and messaging.When creating branded content, you should be able to perform research and analysis to comprehend target audiences, market trends, and the tone of voice of the business. The roadmaps for offline branding execution will be under your control.
Proficiency:
more than six years of experience in graphic, branding, and communication design.
a bachelor's degree in fine arts, visual communication, or graphic design.
thorough knowledge of target audience analysis, market research, and branding principles.
Strong presentation and communication abilities to clearly explain and support design choices.
Make creative and eye-catching designs for digital assets, print material, outdoor advertising, brand identities, and packaging.
To guarantee precise design execution and uphold design integrity throughout the production process, collaborate closely with the production team.
Possession of project management and leadership expertise working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
outstanding understanding of the fundamentals of layout systems, color, typography, and grids in design.
adept with the design software used by the industry (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma). Practical knowledge of using Figma and other prototype technologies for intra- and inter-design collaboration (advanced use of Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, and Blender 3D is preferred). guarantees upskilling on the newest hardware and software.

Taking on this position at PhonePe:
You will take on leadership responsibilities at PhonePe as a Lead Brand Designer in addition to being a productive individual contributor.
You will be in charge of maintaining branding and complete brand experiences across print, CRM, and physical brand assets.
In order to create seamless brand experiences and brand consistency across all marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, social media, and campaigns, you will collaborate closely with the content, offline marketing, brand marketing, and business development teams.
It is anticipated of you to enable effective cooperation between the UX and UI teams.
You will make sure that the suggested creative design solutions are in line with the brand guidelines and personality, from beginning to end, developing layouts that support a brand's voice or style through its visual touchpoints.
You shall maintain the highest levels of visual aesthetics while shipping the completed artworks in compliance with the rules.
You will be the one in charge of developing a quality assessment methodology for each design, regardless of development stage, as the keeper of the brand.
As part of your job, you'll need to help your team members advance their skills and careers, mentor and advise other designers, provide them feedback, and support their development as professionals.
This position requires effective process control through worksheet maintenance, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution.

Work together with outside suppliers, like production companies and printers, to manage the creation and use of brand materials.
