IT Support Engineer  at Scale AI

You will oversee new hire orientations, provision and deprovision hardware, accounts, and access, as well as onboard and offboard staff.
All Scale staff should have general IT support (troubleshooting, help desk/service desk, etc.).

With regard to all office technology (printers, Zoom Rooms, room schedulers, and more), maintain it and offer technical support.
Manage your own IT assets and make sure that the necessary equipment is properly and practically documented.
Encourage the use of IT-established best practices and direct questions to the IT Systems and Infrastructure team when needed.
All issues can be tracked, fixed, or forwarded using our Jira Service Management ticketing system.
Provide and maintain technological documentation for Scale staff members and internal IT teams.

 Always ask yourself, "How can I make things better?" in order to enhance both our internal procedures and the experience of our users.
Must be willing to work from our Dallas, Texas, or New York City office full-time, contributing to the 200+ employees' site support.
Possess the ability to shift priorities and concentration when needed.

possess a desire to study and develop


One to two years of experience in corporate IT would be ideal.
a thorough understanding of cloud technologies (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Azure AD/M365) and computer hardware and software (Mac, Windows).

an optimistic outlook and enthusiasm for developing new procedures and guidelines for a quickly expanding company.
experience with Slack or Zoom to serve remote teams and numerous offices across the globe.
a mindset centered on security and compliance.

Salary - $67,200-$80,640
