The Role
Working closely with a group of other trainers and following protocols created by top AI researchers worldwide, you will be teaching the AI to read, write, summarize information, and interpret meaning as an Expert AI Data Trainer. Consider it akin to teaching language arts or serving as a private tutor for some of the most significant technological figures in the world.

Train the AI
For the AI to learn from, you will primarily be creating examples of perfect dialogues, taking on the roles of both the User and the AI. You will also be gathering sources to assist the AI in sifting through vast amounts of recorded human knowledge and differentiating between what is presented as fact and context from behavior patterns.
Assess the AI
The goal of our partner is to create AI models that are accurate, safe, and helpful to people. You will be assessing the AI on a regular basis based on those standards and our training techniques. For instance, you'll be able to judge not only how accurately the AI is interpreting the facts, but also how accurate they are in general.
Evaluate the AI
What distinguishes testing from evaluation? You'll have to invest time in deliberately attempting to "break" the AI as the project develops by "forcing" errors and enhancing the AI models' capacity for recovery. This is vitally important for its use, accuracy, and safety. You will be able to record pauses and provide our team and our client with suggestions for enhancements to the training techniques themselves.
