Business Development Manager
In order to expand our partnership ecosystem and be a proactive part of our business development team, Scale is seeking a strategic partnership manager.

You are going to:
Oversee all aspects of partner partnerships, including technical, GTM, PR & marketing, and relationship management with all external counterparts, in order to ensure the success of the cooperation.
Monitor, evaluate, and share critical performance indicators with internal and external stakeholders.
Determine and expand a partnership's scope to create fresh, additional cash streams.
Increase revenue by identifying important stakeholders to establish trust and rapport with both current and potential partners.
Manage implementation and make sure cross-functional alignment and execution to drive post-contract accountability. Interact with and function as a point of contact for C-level executives as well as external counterparts.
Your success in partnerships will be gauged by (a) revenue and (b) your impact on the product roadmap based on input from the AI ecosystem.
In an ideal world, you would have
7+ years of experience at a technology or payments company in partner management, business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles; an MBA is desirable or experience that is comparable
a track record of successfully fostering tech and go-to-market alliances
Capacity to approach business possibilities both analytically and strategically, seeing chances for Scale to benefit from partners' current and upcoming products
a strong feeling of accountability, a strong sense of entrepreneurship, and the capacity to motivate
proactive and able to tolerate some uncertainty
Strong understanding of financial, strategy, business, product, and legal ideas to guide intricate, multifaceted transactions
Successfully led priorities in a highly matrixed company, worked across functional boundaries, and wielded influence
a disposition for analysis and a history of utilizing facts to guide approach
exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking
Salary - $156,000 - $195,000
