Concerning the role

The distinct goal of our ChatGPT Enterprise Sales team is to assist clients in realizing the profound effects that extremely competent AI models may have on their users and business. This position requires a combination of value-driven strategy, technical expertise, vision, and collaboration.


Throughout the whole sales cycle, from pipeline creation to closure, you will play a critical role in generating opportunities. As a thought leader in AI, you will represent OpenAI and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and solution strategists to assist clients in advancing their AI initiatives. With its quick global adoption, ChatGPT Enterprise (released Aug. 23) is gaining traction among businesses. To grow our clientele and attract new ones, we are seeking experienced Account Directors to join our team.

As this position, you'll:

Oversee the consideration to purchase process for our business prospects.

Collaborate with Account Associates, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to develop and carry out intricate customer assessments, demonstrations, and trials.

Weekly forecasting of your pipeline and goals is recommended.

Keep a close eye on the players, rivals, partners, and other aspects of the market to inform product roadmaps and other business initiatives.

Work together in the areas of product management, engineering, marketing, communications, business operations, human resources, and finance.

Encourage the hiring and integration of new coworkers

Encourage the growth of the corporate culture

 We are looking for someone with the following experience:


Selling software and/or platform-as-a-service-as-a-service at a business focused on product growth


exceeding $1 million in annual revenue goals for more than six years

Developing and implementing intricate business plans

assisting rapidly expanding, high-performing businesses in their expansion

Organizing high-profile client events (such as conferences, product launches, and CAB events)

obtaining, condensing, and handling intricate market intelligence (industry, rival, client, and prospect)

Reporting on initiatives for customer success

Recompense of $275K

Generous equity and perks are included in the total remuneration, in addition to the above-mentioned wage range.
